We prepare our Reishi extract from dried whole fruiting body (not mycelium) of Certified Organic Ganoderma lingzhi mushrooms. Our Reishi is grown on wood logs and/or wood chips. They start extraction through the traditional Chinese method of making a concentrated water-extraction tea. Suggested Use Shake Well Before Using Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 2 to 4 times per day. Best taken between meals.
